We checked in and everything was fine as maid was stll there. We were given 4 white towel 4 blue beach towels. There is 4 of us. They need more towels. Especially when you are only allowed white towels at the pool. Which management company didnt tell us. We used the blue towels for 2 days and on the third day we got told by security guard that we couldn't use them. They had to be white. He didnt speak much English. He was very rude. I messaged the management about the dishwasher tablets, he said to me oh dishwasher is broken. I was like oh. Not very happy i didnt come on a vacation to wash dishes daily. They left one kitchen towel and one roll of paper towel. I had to ask for more kitchen towels. We did end up purchasing more paper towel and disposable plates bowls and etc. When we checked in we were given one key. They should offer the code door lock not keys and its very easy to miss place keys. Noise starts earlier than 9am. There is so much more I would like to say...

Very beautiful place, view does not disappoint! Little confusing to get to but once you’ve done it the first time there are no problems. Wish we had more towels. Construction noise was minimal and interesting to watch. Neighbors upstairs could be heard moving furniture around but not too bad. Wish we would have gotten two keys. Overall loved the place and would stay there again!

Nos gusto mucho a mis hijos y amigos, estuvimos tan relajados al estar con esa hermosa vista a la playa y estar escuchando el oleaje como a cada 5 segundos, fue hermoso!
