Although Sayan Indah is a beautiful building, this unit is neglected and not well-kept. Cheap, abused furnishings, chipped glassware, uncomfortable beds, leaking showers, broken sink, broken laundry doors held open with a rock - too many problems to list here! At check-in we were given only two keys for a 4 BR unit with 8 guests to share! We did not receive more keys until day #4 of our visit. Internet was inoperable, meaning that none of the 5 TVs worked, either! Alvaro's responses were slow and it took way too long to get us adequate keys for 8 people to share. Shame on AirBnB for even allowing this listing. I question whether I will ever use AirBnB again, for I no longer trust them. Sayan Indah food and bev prices have also skyrocketed since we stayed here two years ago. PV prices have surged, but the service here does not match. Staff are too busy socializing with each other and playing on their phones to serve guests appropriately.

Condo is very nice, especially the common areas. Great views off big balcony, nice kitchen, nice bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately, had a major problem that was not resolved during our stay. The door to our unit had a defective lock. Electric keypad didn't work (front desk had to provide us physical keys), and only way to get keys out of the lock was when fully deployed. So, while we could lock the door when gone, we could not lock it while we were there - there's no key lock on inside, and latch on inside was broken. End result was that door remained open every night, and anyone could walk in. Worse, we once accidentally locked someone in the room thinking they were gone when in fact they were sleeping. He could not get out until someone came back with key. Front desk could not help (said to contact owner) and only one response from host saying they would have it fixed, but that never happened. I hope this is fixed before next guests - it's a real safety hazard.

Because we were in good company we enjoyed each other and that helped with our stay! We stayed at this resort 2 years ago and loved it so much we couldn’t wait to get back but needed a bigger space and found this spot! It’s very spacious and very beautiful! However we didn’t have the greatest experience. The host knew we had children and an infant with us and wasn’t responding till 3-4 days after messaging him and by that point we were already almost on our way out. The lock popped off the door leaving us to have to cancel our plans and reservations our first night because of lack of response from the host. Thankfully our husbands we able to fix it!The amenities are all sub par quality. The baby crib was super dirty looking and my sister did not feel comfortable using it and wished she brought her own. The king bed in the front of the house has a huge dip in the left side and was super uncomfortable but all the other beds were fine! For $2k/night we expected better. We had 1/3 cost exp

Excelente alojamiento!! Toda la familia de la paso genial, muy tranquilo y cerca de playas casi privadas y opciones de restaurantes con solo unos minutos de caminata. La atención del condominio fue muy buena.
