Lynn is lovely, she couldn’t have gone anymore out of her way! Such a lovely lovely lady! Very friendly and the apartment was very homely and clean. Will be staying here again for sure.

We (2 adults, children age 6 and 2, and our cockapoo) visited for a business trip. Lynn was great! The property is lovely, in a FABULOUS location. It’s near a lovely little cafe called cafe 47, which is great for breakfast and the owners are great with kids. There is a dog park just a short walk downhill, and there’s a small kids playground inside the other park across the road from the dog park. The tram stop is a short walk from the property too. Parking in front of the property was free and straightforward, but is first come first served (wasn’t an issue at any time for us though). We had the entire upper floor to ourselves which included a snug (with small sofa and bean bag chairs, a mini fridge, microwave, and sink), a good size double bedroom, next to that was the bedroom with two single beds and a desk, and then a bathroom (only a small shower, but we made it work). There’s a retractable gate at the top of the stairs which was wonderful for keeping the dog and kids upstairs. Being on the upper floor we rarely heard any noise from other occupants which was unexpected. The only negative would be that the doors were very heavy and if locking the latch was way too high for my kids to be able to open independently. That’s being picky though. Honestly we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others traveling with family.
