It is a very nice place. Fully equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in the Greenville area.

The place didn’t seem well tended although it was “ housekeeping clean”. It smelled badly of mold. The lawn was long with blooming dandelions, the house was freezing when we went in. No one had tended to the heat. After paying high fees for registration and cleaning on top of the daily fee it was insulting to have the demand ( in the check out instructions) to strip the beds and remove trash to an off location dumpster or receive a minimum $100 fine. We will not stay here again.

Spacious place with comfortable beds plus was allowed to check in 30 mins early. Upon walking in though it smelled musty and kind of dirty. Also was charged 160 dollars for cleaning upon booking but we found out we had to take our own trash to the dumpster a mile away and was threatened to be charged if we didnt(in the guidebook) Seems a bit steep of a cleaning fee if we’re taking our own trash
