Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, inside and outside living, full of sunshine!!! Amazing open water view, relaxing island living just fifteen minutes from downtown Key West. Enjoy quiet mornings and breathtaking sunsets. Completely remodeled oceanfront home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful new fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room and great outdoor space. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and the guest bathroom can be accessed from the main living area. The living room and the master bedroom include smart TVs. As you exit the living room you can enjoy spectacular views from the upstairs patio overlooking the ocean. Downstairs you can find a dining table, a seating area where to relax and enjoy a drink after your dinner, a grill and a refrigerator. Enjoy a day in the sun with your family on the 4 lounge chairs you can find by the water or watch the most amazing sunsets from our tiki hut. There is plenty of parking and storage available under the house. The home is located within walking distance to several neighborhood attractions like tennis courts, basketball court, playground, picnic are, public boat ramp, sandwich shop and the famous Baby's Coffee.

Our visit at Dan’s was perfect. Location, amenities, and especially the direct water view with spectacular sunsets. The neighborhood is located adjacent to a county park with pickleball courts (well attended), a playground and a launch for non-motorized water craft. In addition, there’s a nearby convenience store that has a variety of to go food items including pizzas and nearby is Baby’s Coffee that serves up fresh, daily roasted coffees. It’s a neighborhood that’s a joy to walk or cycle. If you need to head into Key West it’s a short drive to get to it. Dan was very responsive to any request we had and was very informative regarding dining options. So, as they say, location, location, location. It can’t be beat!
We spent almost two months at this property and found it to be everything we hoped. The community is great and daily walks to Baby’s were enjoyed by the humans and the dog (pup cups!). The view from the Balcony was amazing any time of day. The beds/bedding were extremely comfortable and the space had everything we needed. The lower level was like having a second living space. Finally, the location is the perfect distance to downtown Key West. We can’t wait to come back.

We are 7 miles away from Key West so you can drive or take a taxi or use any of the sharing rides apps. Please do not drink and drive, our police officers are really tough on drunk driving.
