Brad was very responsive & a great host. As far as the place goes, it was more of a crash pad I'd say. Not well stocked enough to cook. Some odd smells around the kitchen. I think a pet must have had an accident in the second bedroom -- the closet there smelled like urine unfortunately. The sink was leaking. And there's another Airbnb next door with a hot tub. The windows aren't well insulated, so you can hear everything, all night long. Brad is super sweet, but this place needs some TLC. Fine for a crash pad, and I would stay again for what it's worth. The neighborhood is great. Just probably bring ear plugs and eat out if you plan to stay -- and only use the bedroom near the living room until the other one gets a thorough carpet cleaning.

This little spot was about 15 minutes from everything that I wanted to do in Chicago. The neighborhood itself is very quaint with a lot of bodegas and coffee shops nearby. The house is descreit and I felt hidden away from the city. Would definitely go back.

Was a great spot for my friends and I to crash after spending time exploring Chicago!! Bed was crazy comfortable. Stairs to get in are steep so def be mindful if anyone in your party has mobility issues.

Brad was very responsive, clearly communicated all the details, and ..i dunno, just came across as a genuinely nice guy. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, and as described. Great location in a quiet and artistic neighborhood. Strongly recommend.
