Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio downtown Forest City. This cute, upstairs unit provides all the necessities and the prime location means it's just a short walk to shopping, restaurants, Waldorf University, Winnebago Industries, public library and so much more! This studio apartment is completely private and quiet. Smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster oven. Comfortable, yet sun faded, easy chair and alarmclock with wireless charging sit next to the double bed.

Great location downtown. Clean and cozy. Michelle was always very quick to respond to messages and very accommodating.
Very convenient to Winnebago and Forest City. We were traveling off season so did not expect much to be open. However, Sally’s restaurant was great for breakfast and AY Jalisco was delicious Mexican entree and margaritas. The studio apartment was within walking distance of both and several shops - in season it would have been perfect to stroll. Thank you for a cozy place to stay.
With my son just moving to Iowa to attend WU, this was the perfect spot to come visit and get him settled. Michelle was a great host. I definitely will be contacting to say again. Loved the place. Felt right at home.
