Nice, house clean, neat. However had to wait for cleaning to be finished apon arrival

I was disappointed. As soon as we arrived I had to contact evolve because the code for the house was not sent to me. Once we got into the house all bedding was dirty and piled on the floor with dirty towels and wash clothes. We had to wash them. The floor under the table had food all over. We vaccumed it. The bathroom was out of toilet paper we had to go buy some. After we cleaned the house i felt better. It was not a great way to start a vacation. On the second day the neighbors dog came on the property and attempted to attack our dog. After all of that things got better. We were able to enjoy each others company and play some games.

Perfect location for our needs. Neighbor and restaurants were friendly. Would recommend for anyone to stay. Just wish it had 2 bathrooms

The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed EXCEPT the AC was set to 77 when we arrived and it was 79 in the house. The only way we were able to stay is because there is a tower fan in the living room and a ceiling fan above all four beds. The house is a split level, and the lower level with couch, full bed, and TV stayed cool while the main level and the upper level (where the three bedrooms are) heated up throughout the day. Temps were in the mid-80s outside during the day and mid-60s overnight which allowed the AC to catch up overnight. AirBnb gave us a discount for the house not providing what was promised. Evolve' overcommunicated until I asked them to give us a discount for having to manage the AC tech (who didn't find anything wrong) when the local contact was unavailable. So, if you have a heat intolerance, this probably isn't your place. Otherwise, it might work out well.
