Melinda’s home is very spacious for a long term rental compared to any extended stay hotel. We stayed here for a week before moving into our house as we were relocating from another state. Grocery stores and restaurants are all closeby, so very convenient.

Home was as described in a nice area of a cincy suburb . 6 minutes from kenwood mall made it ideal . home was clean and was great for what we had planned . home only had one shower and it was off master making it a bit difficult for everyone . also home could use some more cooking utensils as they were limited . otherwise a great stay . thanks !

I had already stayed at Melinda’s place and had a wonderful stay. When I returned to the Cincinnati area, I knew I had a place to return to. Melinda is excellent and very attentive. When we faced an issue after the storm with the electricity and AC, she quickly responded and helped us immediately. I will definitely stay here again whenever I am in the Cincinnati area :)
