Allison was the perfect host - responsive, efficient, and always friendly. We especially enjoyed the size and privacy of the over-sized balcony and the efficient room layout. We found the complex to be very well maintained and the location to be conveniently situated near beaches, restaurants, shopping and highways. The other guests at the complex were polite and respectful. Thank you, Allison, for always making an extra effort to make our stay happy and memorable. We will be back! Denis & Linda

Allison was a wonderful and gracious host. The location was wonderful. The moorings complex is exceptionally well kept up and beautiful. The condo is equipped with everything we could possibly use during our trip. She responded to anything we asked within a matter of minutes. We would definitely like to rent from her again. The beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable The only reason we did not give it five stars wasThe furniture in the living room could use a little fluffing and was for our age not the most comfortable.

Nice apartment in a complex with excellent pools, hot tubs, and marina views. Short drive to beaches and a variety of restaurants. Allison is a very personable and responsive hostess.
