miller was super responsive! he door dashed us air fresheners 30 minutes after we checked in and was very kind and helpful. have stayed here before and would stay here again!!

What a perfect place for our group of friends and our dogs to stay during bike week! House has all amenities you'll need and was accurately described. Two bedrooms upstairs with two full beds and one twin bed, plus a pull out couch downstairs. Small fenced backyard for the pups and a washer and dryer. Walls are thin so you will hear the neighbors but it's nothing excessive. House is a bit older but it's well kept. Neighborhood was safe and parking was easy. Miller did a great job at describing the house and location.

Upon walking into the unit filth and smells were everywhere. Walls had many stains, including what looked like blood, stains, bodily fluids, and hairs on sheets and mattress toppers. Grass and yard was unkept, including snakes in the yard. The area makes you feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The host claimed this should have been acceptable, knowing it was pet friendly. We've stayed at other pet friendly Air BNBs and NEVER experienced this type of filth, let alone a single hair. He was willing to give us a refund but was not holding himself responsible for the upkeep or cleanliness.

Miller was very responsive. She allowed us to check in early to accommodate our travel plan and even was flexible during our check out. It was super convenient for people traveling with dogs. Would stay again! Great location to hit the beach.
