We had a wonderful longterm stay here - a house full of space, light, and cozy furnishings. Both comfortable and well-equipped, we really appreciated the welcome drinks in the fridge upon arrival and the generous supply of staples throughout the home. Directly on the post road, it’s about a 10-minute walk straight into downtown Mystic, restaurants and shops at your doorstep. This stay will remain one of our favorites in the area. Many thanks to James for such a pleasant stay, an excellent host who took good care of us!

Wonderful home close to everything Mystic had to offer. Very reasonable check out process and great amenities. Would stay again.

The 4 th bedroom was not on the same floor as the 3 others. No handrails for safety in showers. But other than that a comfortable and central house to Mystic.

James is a wonderful host, and my family enjoyed our stay at his lovely house. James stocked the fridge with ice, beer, water, seltzer, and a variety of condiments. My young grandchildren loved all the toys and books, and the air conditioning worked well in the extreme heat. The house is perfect for a large family or two couples with kids. The two queen beds were comfortable, and the baby slept well in the single room in the packnplay. The third floor is huge, and the third grader slept in one of the four single beds up there. He loved it! We cooked a lot, and I was surprised that there was no dishwasher-entirely my fault. I did not read the description carefully. No big deal. Also, I had a little trouble getting in and out of the bathtub to shower, and it would be difficult for someone with severe mobility issues. Finally, the grounds are well-maintained, and there was a beautiful yard for the kids to play. This home provides a lovely base from which to enjoy Mystic.

We had a great time staying at James’s place! It was a short walk to downtown Mystic. James was more than accommodating when it came to check in, even allowing us to go in a little early to meet our needs. Overall - would recommend! :)
