Joanie is a wonderful warm and friendly host. The location was 10/10. Very close to everything walking distance. Great value, would recommended AAA+

Joanie is a great host. She (and her place) was warm, friendly, and it almost felt like a second home (outside of home). The place is within walking distance to Thetis Lake, Mount Steward, and you can readily put on your sneakers and do a nice jog to get closer to nature. What a great experience and an enjoyable stay - would come back in a heartbeat!

Joanie is an amazing bnb host. Her place makes me feel incredibly welcome and almost like I am at home. Her place is extremely clean and well looked after. I would highly recommend staying here.

I stayed at Joanie’s for 2 weeks while doing a visiting elective at the hospitals in Victoria. I had the best time! Joanie’s place is conveniently located to allow a short commute to each hospital. There is a great selection of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and Thetis Lake is also quite close and beautiful. I loved hanging out with Joanie’s dogs, Lilly and Sam. They were really well-behaved and so entertaining. Joanie was such a great host! She provided everything I needed for a 2 week stay. She was so welcoming and gave great recommendations. I would absolutely stay with Joanie again!
