Welcome to the Penn Landing Lake House! Gorgeous views of the lake in almost every room in the house! Lots to do outside including ping pong and foosball or head to the back yard for some corn hole or badminton. Gentle walk to the dock where you enjoy our canoe, 2 kayaks, tubes, or just lounge by the lake! You will love cooking in our spacious kitchen or out back on our grill. We have a non functioning boat lift in our slip, but you are welcome to tie your boat up to the side of our dock. As of February 2024, we have 7.5' of water at the end of our dock and due to our position on the lake we can push it out if needed to maintain this depth! LAKE TOYS One Canoe Two Kayaks Inner Tubes If you would like to put your own watercraft into the water we are a close 8 minuets to the Jenkins Ferry boat ramp. WE SUPPLY: Linens, towels STARTER- hand soap, dish soap, scrub pads, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, foil, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent.

This home and location was amazing. The views from the back deck, yard, and boat dock absolutely beautiful. What a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Only 15 minutes to town. We loved this place. The accommodations were spot on for our family. We will definitely revisit this home again. Thank you Linton for the fantastic recommendation. It’s exactly what we wanted.
My family and I enjoyed our stay! The house is very cozy with a great view! It was well stocked as well which is very important when staying for a few days. I would definitely rent here again if we ever return to Toccoa.
Our extended family spent several days in this home. We rented a boat from the local marina and enjoyed spending a lot of time on the spectacular lake. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and relax. The large screened porch was a favorite! The neighbors were courteous and the home was just as described. The only recommendation I have is bringing tub mats. Both tubs are very slippery and a mat would have made showering a little more secure. Other than that, everything was lovely!
This place was gorgeous! The house is fully equipped for a great family getaway. We had a wonderful time!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool imaginable and incredibly organized making our stay much easier. The kids loved playing inside in the game room and outside, especially with Boomer. We want to come back in the summer, but even in the cold we enjoyed sitting on the dock and relaxing in the sunshine!
