Lovely accommodation exactly as per the pictures. Anne was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries prior to our stay and with recommendations for local restaurants. Would love to come back as we were attending a wedding and didn’t have time to explore locally.

We had a fabulous weekend at Anne’s place , it was just as described and perfectly placed to visit the coast and other places of interest in North Yorkshire . Anne was a great host , very helpful and informative prior to our arrival and whilst we were staying . Would definitely return & recommend .

Lovely home in a beautifully quiet village. Very comfy beds and furniture. Easy walking (50mins on the flat across fields) to local pub in next village. Castle Howard is walking distance too. It's only a short drive (40mins) to the coast - fossil hunting at Cayton Bay recommended (steep walk down to beach). Courtyard garden is not fenced so unable to let the dog off the lead, but easy access to open fields nearby. We had a great stay - and the dry, sunny weather helped!

Couldn’t recommend the cottage more. Lovely and peaceful location with the town of Malton only a short distance away providing lots of options for food and drink. Anne was amazing even gave us a lift into town on the first night. Fantastic recommendations and very accommodating!
