Palm Springs House Rules Amplified outdoor music of any kind is not allowed by City ordinance any time day or night, or loud enough inside to be heard outside. It is understood and agreed that ANY loud or large party, violations due to over-occupancy, unnecessary outdoor noise, indoor noise that causes neighbors to complain, or for violations of minimum age requirements of homes can result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds. At this home, you may only have 4 cars 2 inside garage 2 driveway and six guests overnight (10 by day). The city could impose a $500 fine for excessive vehicles, noise or any other violation.
