Life’s a Beach is a peaceful retreat with a beautiful ocean view. The newly remodeled home has a relaxed “beachy” feel and open floor plan. I especially loved the ocean-facing chairs with ottomans and a little table between them — an ideal place to relax with a beverage and watch the sunset. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this home with our kids! The home was peaceful, with a spacious backyard and full view of the ocean close by. we could even see waves crashing on the rocks below! The home was clean, and had everything we need for a few days' stay. Would definitely visit here again!

We had a nice stay, everything was as described. Schoolhouse beach is a 5 min walk away and a good place to hang out. Armstrong Redwood park is a half an hour drive north. Fishetarian Market a 10 min drive south. Pretty cool location!

The pictures did not do your home justice!! The decor was on point, the ocean views were amazing (and closer than the pics depict) and the place was so clean. So clean, clean! Also your helpful recommendations on what to do went a long way! Not to mention the complimentary toiletries. Thank you! However, my minus 1/2 a star would be not having complimentary coffee for guests. It’s just not something I think to pack for airbnbs since all the homes we’ve visited have had complimentary coffee. So perhaps note that to guests that there’s coffee maker and filters but no coffee, so they can know to bring it with them or buy on the way in. Thank you overall for a wonderful stay. We will be back! And with coffee. :-)
