This place is absolutely gorgeous, the photos don't even do it justice. About a 10 ish minute walk just down the road to a beautiful beach. Sunset is great from the deck and the little fireplace outside is nice to keep warm when it cools down at night. The bedrooms are lovely and the living room space is great for board games and entertainment. I booked this trip day of for a weekend stay for my birthday and Kevin was super responsive. Would love to come to this home again.

Beautiful spot with vistas of rolling hills and the ocean, shirt walk to gorgeous beach. The house is very spacious with excellent layout. Beautiful views from the living room and dining room. Immaculate and very well stocked kitchen. All furnishings seem brand new. Very comfortable beds.

This house made our vacation! Beautiful views from almost every window (pics don't do justice) with perfect deck for relaxing. Quick walk to beach but slow walk uphill back. Beds are super comfy (like all of them) 👌👍 Definitely will return in the future.

Kevin’s home is wonderful. Very homey, clean and comfortable. Pros: Great host. Easy communication. The location between Jenner and BB is fabulous. The house is very comfortable, nicely decorated and laid out well. No weird odors, beds are decent, bathrooms are well appointed. The water pressure in the shower is amazing (most California short-term rental showers are a trickle;). The home is very private and quiet (except for the neighboring owl which was fun to listen to at night). Lots of wildlife (birds, deer). The view is gorgeous. Cons: The soaking tub is amazing, but the jets need a deep cleaning (made the water yucky). I ended up passing. (I let Kevin know) The heating is quirky but easy enough to figure out. Overall this is a GREAT Airbnb. I would absolutely stay again.
