Loved Matt! Like a fairy godfather answering my questions immediately and addressing any issues! Townhouse wasy Harlem Haven!!! Kitchen & bathroom so beautiful ly fitted out! Plan to rebook next year! So much room!!!

This was an awesome stay! We moved in New York from Europe and Matt's place was our first home for over a month. Check-in was easy with a code, the apartment is huge, clean and comfortable. All amenities were there, we didn't need to think about anything, just relax. It is a pet-friendly apartment, so we were very happy we could have our Samoyed dog with us. The apartment is located in the center of Harlem with the subway around the corner but yet is it very quiet inside. Once during our stay a pipe under the sink started leaking, Matt reacted promptly, and the next day it was fixed. Definitely can recommend this airbnb!!

We had an extended stay at Matt's place. The place was very comfortable and bigger than it looks in the photos. The apartment is beautifully and simply decorated and comes with everything you need for an extended or short stay. The kitchen has a full set of cookware, dishware and flatware. Charlene, the property manager, is around frequently if you have questions or need help. Beware the fridge - the cold is pretty aggressive at even low settings :-). Matt was a great host - very responsive. Highly recommend.

Matt was a great host I had quite an extended stay from Feb-Aug. He answered questions professionally and swiftly. The place looks exactly like the pictures. The walls are thin so you can hear neighbors walking but it’s not an ongoing disturbance. The high ceilings are a definite plus as well as the central air considering most NYC apartments don’t offer that. Matt has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Harlem itself is a fun filled place filled with a lot of culture and history. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything Matt!
