Nitha's place was very clean and she was very quick to respond to our messages. We were very impressed with how attentive Nitha is to details and providing great hospitality. Everything you need for your stay was provided, we highly recommend this chic, unique space!
Nitha's place felt like a true home away from home. It is well decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay whether it's one night or 30. The beds were really comfortable and I appreciated having the washer/dryer for a mid-stay refresh. The wifi was fast and there were several desks and spaces to work remotely around the house. Locationwise, it was perfect for me to ping pong between downtown and richmond, around 15 minutes to both places. Nitha was a great host and I hope to be back one day!
Great area for friend groups and families alike. Lots to do around the immediate area with necessities and amenities close. One thing I will say is you want to be very transparent with your questions and concerns, in any way shape or form. The hosts were very responsive and interactive in their answers when questions arose, and your stay will be both seamless in privacy and heavily hand held if needed.
Nitha's home is a gem. Very good value, nice neighbourhood, accessible, and because it is on three levels - with the kitchen/living level separating the upper two bedrooms from the lower bedroom - there is great internal privacy. Nitha is very welcoming and responsive to any queries. We very much enjoyed our stay there and look forward to when we can do so again.
Nitha’s place is a gem in Vancouver! The location is close to supermarket, library, kids’ playground, and restaurants. It’s only 15 minutes of driving to downtown, Kerrisdale, or Burnaby. The house is beautifully decorated with paintings and green plants, we “wowed” when first entering the house; bedding was comfortable; the kitchen has everything a small family needs! We enjoyed our stay at Nitha’s, thank you!
