Had a very enjoyable stay. Was a very easy process, and the pictures are very accurate. Would recommend for larger groups. Lots of beds and bedrooms.

Great location close to the beach. Comfortably accommodated our group of ten. The house has a lot of relatively minor maintenance issues and would be safer and more enjoyable if repairs were completed.

Horrible place to stay. Damages everywhere. Vacasa claimed someone would be by multiple times and no one ever showed. Dirt all over the walls. Vacasa claimed they had a starter pack of toiletries, someone came on our 2nd day stay to drop it off. Overall, we would not stay again due to the lack of care and the lies from Vacasa.

The host was responsive. The house needs major cleaning. There were stains on shower curtains, carpet, couch, and sheets. One shower curtain was ripped and had mildew at the bottom along what looked to be blood stains. The outside was not clean at all and the grill wasn’t usable due to it not being clean. I took pictures and sent them to the host just to make them aware and they asked if I wanted them to send out their cleaning crew and I stated that I didn’t want that at this point but wanted them to be aware and they responded “Thank you for clarifying that. I will reach out to the local housekeeping for further assistance and I am so sorry about this inconvenience.” At around 7PM a cleaning crew actually showed up to the house while my family and I were having dinner so we said no we told them not to come and it was just a notification so they left. This was very weird. I guess they were planning to clean overtop of all 13 of us. Multiple lightbulbs were out and a broken chair.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. It was dirty the living furniture was stained and comforters was old and dingy as was the washcloths and towels, the pots and pans needed to be replaced. The dishes is not microwave compatible. The patio was filthy as was the grill. We needed to clean all the bathrooms. And the company were supposed to send someone to re-clean the unit, but no one never showed up and there was no more communications from them. If you already rented this unit, make sure you bring your own wash, clothes towels, clean comforters, blankets, or sheets to cover the furniture in the living room. I would recommend you bringing your own paper products and pots and pans if they haven’t replaced the ones that there. We will never rent from them again. 7/30/23 to 8/4/23
