We loved being so close to walk to the beach (only about a mile). Very nice quiet community. We had a nice time with friends and family!

A treat to stay in this lovely apartment, the way the light fell into the space, the environmental design and architecture – all of it is impressive. A little way out of the city but accessible and a lovely neighborhood. I will return as often as I can and will be sure to advise friends about this gem.

This house is spot on beautiful and in a great location just a short walk (2 blocks or about 7 minutes) to the beach. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, bathrooms fine with the main bedroom having a soaking tub and shower. The kitchen is amazing with upgraded appliances and very well stocked with pots, dishes, etc. It is right on the end of a canal with water access. And has lots of deck space to relax on. It was spotlessly clean! Our only problem was we were told that we would be sent a keycode and have a self-check-in BUT after waiting and many emails, we were finally told we have to drive to the Vacasa office to pick the keys up. So, double check about the check in process before going.

I believe we were the first renters for this home. It is a really nice home. Well stocked. Great location. We did have a problem with getting the correct garage code but I suspect that was a one time situation that has been resolved. Also, the beds are VERY firm... too firm. We would definitely stay here again. The walk to the beach is easy and quick. You need your daily steps anyway. Also, fishing off he dock is excellent.
