Our stay was very good and as described. We definitely felt at home. Javi was very accommodating and responsive. My first two nights were not the best as the A/C wasn’t working appropriately in our room upstairs in the third floor. Javi addressed the issue and had the unit replaced but it was still a bit uncomfortable for those two nights. There were also a few ants however we were able to use the spray that had available in the pantry. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay especially with all of the accommodations that were provided s d the list of things that Javi provided us from an activity perspective. We would definitely consider going back to this location. We appreciate Javi for allowing us to use his spot in Fajardo.

Our stay at Javi’s place was absolutely amazing! No complaints at all. Chic, new townhouse. Spacious, clean, and close to a bunch of things to do. Javi also provided a guide on what to do nearby. Super accommodating and super responsive. 10/10 hands down!!!

El alojamiento es tal y como lo mostraron. Tenia todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. Coralies, sienpre estuvo al pendiente, con una cominicacion efextiva y bien amable. Recoemendada al 100%

We had a great time staying at this place. It’s about an hour away from the SJU airport. We were able to check in early due to an early flight and Javi and his team were very accommodating. The location was gated which gave us peace of mind and also included a community pool which we took advantage from. My favorite part of the townhome was the jacuzzi on the balcony, with the Marina view. They do have a washer dryer but we were responsible for getting our own detergent and fabric softener which I wish would’ve also been included just because we went to the store for a big compra and I wish we could’ve saved ourselves the extra trip. We also needed some bug spray that wasn’t provided. We were about 15 minutes from Ceiba. Very close to Seven Seas Beach which had yummy pina coladas. Loved that we had our own parking spot. There were a couple of ants in one of the rooms but nothing too crazy. Loved the central ac and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thank you Javi and team!

Definitely one of the best air bnbs I’ve been too. Very clean , everything up to date . Mostly everything worked:) definitely would be coming back if we stay in this area again :)
