Fab place to stay for a few days, plenty of room for a family, very clean and well equipped. We had lots of fun in the games room! A brilliant location for walks and the beach. Thank you :)

We stayed here for 3 nights as two families (2 adults and a baby/2 adults, a child and a baby). There was plenty of space for all of us with bedrooms big enough for moses baskets/travel cots and many roomy downstairs areas to spend time (living room, comfy dining room and games room). The house was a bit tricky to find, but we had clear instructions which helped. We had two cars and could park one on the driveway, the other slightly down the road. The house has a green and a play area right outside which was nice for our daughter. The games room was also great, not something we've had the luxury of before! There was a generous welcome basket, which was a lovely gesture. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that the shower wasn't very powerful. Overall, a very lovely stay and we wished we had booked for longer!

We loved our stay, Zoe communicated on arrival to ensure we had checked in and everything was OK. The house had everything we needed and so spacious. Great location, we could park up all weekend and explore on foot as only a short wall into Filey. Would definitely book again. Thank you.
