Awesome, quiet duplex. Well appointed and Mason is not stingy with the towels. Excellent location, great backyard, minimalist design and my dog loved the backyard. Mason is very responsive to inquiries. I’d definitely book this property again. Great stay.

I rented for my son and myself while in charlotte. The fenced backyard was perfect for the dog. He loved it! it had rained, so he tracked in clay, but it was easy cleanup! there's a lovely fire pit, I hope to try the next visit. It's walkable to the grocery store, several restaurants, and a coffee shop, but Mason left us plenty of K-cups, so we wouldn't need to go out for it. My son loved that he had a TV in his room so he was able to use his gaming consol, and I was glad to be able to watch a movie in the living room instead of watching him play games! There was an extra bdrm with bunk beds we almost needed since my nephew needed a ride back to college... but with snow on the way we left early. having that option was clutch! location is excellent, 5 mins from Myers Park, and lots of options. We'll be back! Thank you Mason!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house! We had some issues (key pad didn't work, couldn't find more towels) but Mason was pretty responsive. Comfy beds and super clean house. It's definitely bare-bones in the kitchen, so keep that in mind if you plan on cooking or eating there. The key pad stopped working so we had to stand out in the rain off and on all weekend to lock/unlock the lock box combo, since we were coming and going at different times. That was honestly a bummer. Otherwise, we liked the house and would stay again, just hoping the little issues get fixed.
