The second bedroom has a double bottom and single top bunk, chest of drawers. There is a TV and PS4 with games in the second bedroom, shelf of kids books and activities. The second bedroom provides drop down roof ladder access to the mezzanine style attic space which incorporates a further 2 single beds. The laundry has ASKO washing machine and separate drier. Ironing board Cupboard with first aid kit, sunscreen, deet and iron. Laundry leads into the 1 bathroom which has a toilet, shower and bathtub. Toilet rolls and hairdryer in the vanity. The main living area has glass folding/sliding doors which open out on to the undercover deck, our favorite part of the house! Outside: to the front of the house there is ample parking on the sanded driveway for 4 cars. There is a lush green lawn and mature garden on one side (unfenced), overlooked from the undercover deck and outside dining area. The outdoor dining area has a huge table with bench seats and umbrella, an Oklahoma Joes (Electric) BBQ and Smoker. There is a basket of firewood, a weatherproof bag containing firelighters next to the BBQ. There is also a fire pit complete with feature log wall, a hammock and an outdoor shower with hot water. The shady side of the house is fenced in and provides a leafy refuge for your furry friends accessible through the gate next to the outdoor dining table. This area is sanded, not grassed, we too have a dog (that loves to dig and do zoomies so grass wasn’t practical!) There are 3 surf boards, 2 kids bikes and a lemon tree you are also welcome to make use of during your stay. Heating and cooling via the split system and ceiling fans in the open plan living area. The internal and external walls of the property have been fully insulated and all windows are double glazed and have block out blinds. Somers temperatures are usually a few degrees cooler than Melbourne CBD in Summer and a few degrees warmer in winter. A 5 minute drive to Balnarring village and the Heritage pub (reservations for any meals are a must!), Our beach house really has the best of everything that this little known part of the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
