It’s an ideal choice for several reasons. With 5 bedrooms, it offers complete privacy, making it perfect for our diverse group with varying age and interests. The villa served our needs exceptionally well, boasting a fantastic balcony with scenic views and a bbq grill a delightful spot for relaxation and grilling. The lower unit with two bedrooms and an additional kitchen, proved to be a great space for our younger group, conveniently situated near the pool area. In terms of location: minutes walk to grocery store, public beach, and a short 15 min drive to downtown, couldn’t be better. Our host, Gio, was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. He responded to our inquiries within 5 minutes and assisted us with providing extra amenities, arranging transportation, and offering recommendations for shopping centers, restaurants, and attractions. I strongly recommend this place if you’re seeking an exceptional place to stay. Also, the place looks much better than the photos.

Vermieter war sehr nett und schnell erreichbar und der Ausblick war schön jedoch war die Villa nicht wirklich sauber und es waren Haare im Bett und teilweise Flecken auf den Matratzen. Der Balkon war jedes Mal voll mit Wasser und rutschig von der Klimaanlage und für 9-10 Leute war wirklich wenig bis teilweise kein Geschirr etc. Der Pool war sauber und schön jedoch war der Garten sehr dreckig und teilweise stand sehr viel Gerümpel noch rum. Für den Preis hat man deutlich mehr erwartet bodrum hin oder her
