Leesburg Landing is a few minutes away (3.5 miles driving and less than 5 minutes by boat) where you can put in your boat but store on our dock with lift (accommodates fishing boats). 780 square feet cabin and perfect for fisherman, families, and couples. Smart TVs (living and 1 bedroom) with YouTube TV for news and sports, ROKU, wifi for streaming, updated decor, two outdoor spaces to enjoy the incredible views of Weiss Lake which include a picnic table on screened in porch, large patio with grill, cornhole, ring toss. Stroll down to the well lit dock for swimming in the cove (great for kids), sunbathing and fishing. Please note this home is a mobile home with a screened in porch added. The home sits above the water and the concrete path leads down and is a bit steep, so it is not appropriate for infants or people who have knee problems.
