我们的住宿环境安静、非常温馨，配备了您所期望的所有舒适设施，位于蒙特维德（ Monteverde ）。蒙特维德（ Monteverde ）是一个宁静的绿色区域，靠近Trastevere ，一个充满餐厅和俱乐部的街区，为罗马的夜生活增添了活力。 住宿期间，您将独享整套公寓。对于想要欣赏游客和历史悠久的罗马而不牺牲宁静的人来说，这里是理想的出发点。 这是一套明亮的公寓，刚刚翻修过，配备了设计师家具，位于20世纪50年代舒适建筑的一楼（没有电梯） ，可俯瞰维利尼区的蒙特维德街区的一条安静街道，距离圣卡米洛医院不远。 公寓最多可容纳4/5人（情侣、朋友、家人）。主入口通往客厅，设有餐厅和沙发床，可容纳2位房客。 如有需要，可额外提供一张单人床。舒适的卧室配有加大双人床（ 170x200厘米） ，配有窗户和壁橱，配有台式电脑。 这栋房子配有带大淋浴的卫生间和设备齐全的厨房。应要求为年轻房客提供配件（婴儿床、更换桌、婴儿车、高脚椅等）。

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of local friendly spots to eat and shop, groceries, atm and fresh produce just a block or two away. 10 min tram or bus ride to all of Ancient Rome. Our hosts were so accommodating with all our questions. Clean apartment with everything we needed for our week.
Super großzügige und gemütliche Wohnung. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht - von Gewürzen über zusätzliche Decken bis Regenschirme. Die Tram ist 2min entfernt und dort ist auch ein Markt, wo man täglich frisch Gemüse, Obst, Käse und Fisch bekommen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten eine super Zeit in Rom.
Everything was more than excellent ! Claudio welcomed us very warmly explained us about the area and was always there when we needed him. We are definitely coming back !!
Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Paolo, Maria und Claudio waren sehr proaktiv in ihrer Kommunikation, das hat es sehr einfach gemacht. Wir fanden die Lage toll, mit der Tram war man schnell in der Innenstadt und man selbst wohnte in mitten von Einheimischen. Restaurants, Bars und Eisdielen gibt es auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung. Wenn wir etwas auszusetzen hätten, dann dass das Bett steinhart war und die Schlafcouch auch nicht super gemütlich. Nicht destotrotz würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
Our stay at this Airbnb in Rome was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped. Staying in a local neighborhood was a delight, away from the tourist crowds. Paolo, Maria, and Claudio were amazing hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. From helpful tips to even ordering pizza for us, their hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!!

Paolo & Maria ti danno il benvenuto a Roma! Siamo appassionati viaggiatori, prima di diventare hosts siamo stati ospiti. Con i nostri tre figli, nel corso dei diversi viaggi, abbiamo incontrato persone gentili ed amichevoli che ci hanno dimostrato quanto è importante l’ospitalita’ per rendere indimenticabile la vacanza ! Vi accoglieremo con la stessa cordialità e disponibilita' che abbiamo ricevuto nei nostri viaggi piu’ belli! Come host, con mia moglie Maria, ci piace riempire di attenzioni i nostri ospiti, offrire loro informazioni, suggerimenti e curiosita’ che facciano scoprire ed amare Roma. Abbiamo ristrutturato la casa con grande attenzione alla comodità ed al dettaglio. Ti piacerà per questi motivi: e' comoda silenziosa e accogliente, con una posizione centrale ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos della capitale, dotata di tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare in un breve soggiorno fuori casa. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone; e’ adatto a coppie o amici, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie con bambini. Dopo la prenotazione e durante il soggiorno saremo disponibile telefonicamente per qualsiasi necessità. Al momento del check in verranno date tutte le informazioni necessarie per affrontare il soggiorno nella maniera più piacevole possibile.
