Elisa's apartment is spacious and has everything we need for our long-term stay. The terrace was lovely! It was perfect for us, students studying abroad in Rome. We're so grateful for Elisa and appreciate everything she does! She was proactive during the booking process and provided great communication before and throughout our stay in Rome. She went above and beyond in meeting our needs and expectations and we couldn't be any happier with our stay in Rome. The neighborhood is a very peaceful part of Rome, providing a more authentic, local experience rather than the touristy kind. Bus 44, Tram8, is just minutes away to take you to central Rome and Trastevere. Bus H is also easily accessible, and commute time is close to 1 hour to take you to Roma Termini if you're planning to travel outside of Rome. S. Giovanni di Dio Market was nearby, which was a pleasure to visit. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, and grocery stores within steps of the apartments! I highly recommend Elisa's place!

My second time staying here! Elsa is so wonderful to deal with. below is what I wrote from my first visit. I can't wait to stay here again. This apartment has plenty of room to spread out. The terrace is lovely and offers both sunshine and shade all day/evening long. The apartment was well stocked and has a bathroom larger than most in Rome. The location is great, you'll find very friendly locals and very few tourists(the best way to see Rome). Mad for Beer is a great soccer bar, you've got two groceries within 50ft of the entrance, and plenty of restaurants. The Market at San Giovanni di Duo(your tram stop) is the best in town. You are a quick Tram #8 ride to Trastevere, Campo de Fiori, and Piazza Venezia/coliseum. Plus the H/971/981/870 busses that drop you of right by the Vatican. Elisa gave directions on how to get to her place quickly from the airport, allowed a flexible checkin time, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Gianicolense und eignet sich für einen längeren Aufenthalt hervorragend. Wir waren täglich mit unserem Wochenticket unterwegs und direkt vor der Tür startet die 44. Man ist in 20 bis 30 Minuten am Colosseum und in 15 Min in Trastevere, wo man sehr gute und viele Restaurants findet. Auch den Strand erreicht man in 70 Min mit dem Bus. Das Appartment befindet sich auf einer belebten Straße und Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und auf der großen Terrasse, die zur Wohnung gehört, kann man morgens gemütlich frühstücken. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und die Einrichtung ist sehr zweckmäßig mit großen Kleiderschränken und gemütlichen Betten. Elisa war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Tipps zu Busverbindungen und anderen Informationen sehr gut beraten. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.
