The view, location, communication, facilities were all fabulous! We had stinky weather half the time and I kept thinking how thankful I was for our place as we spent more time inside than we planned. The view of the ocean helped to make up for the fact that we couldn’t be in it:) I kept telling the kids, imagine if we were stuck in the back of a building staring at a parking lot. Karen was very helpful, had speedy communication, and everything you could need was available in the unit. The two sunny days we had were perfect!

This was the first time that we have used Airbnb, or anything of the like, and we were very happy. The reviews from the other guests were spot on! Karen did an excellent job of explaining everything we needed to be aware of as we prepared for our trip, the arrival and stay. The view is Incredible! The kitchen was outfitted for us to be able to prepare whatever we wanted. Security measures are a welcomed part, from the ring doorbell to resort staff checking guests in/out at each entry point. The condo was stocked with a beach wagon, drink cooler, chairs, paddle boards, umbrella, and beach toys. We loved it! There was plenty of action on the beach (it’s summer), but the thick windows blocked it all out well. Having 2.5 baths was a real plus too! I was working while there, & the Wi-Fi didn’t disappoint. The big pool area was a wonderful respite from the ocean waves. It was a very lovely, stress-free experience and we would recommend it to other families.

End unit so there was a nice view of the beach and the balcony wraps around the building so there is a view of the pool also. Great place to stay. Some waiting on the elevators was inconvenient.

Karen and her beautiful condo were just wonderful. After a long drive into PCB it was breathtaking to walk into a cool and fresh living space, pull back the curtains, and enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. The condo is well stocked with all the things you’d need to be comfortable in your stay. The pool was clean and the staff down there were always busy keeping things clean and organized. A few downsides. The window in the master doesn’t open, nor does the ‘patio access’ door. We would have really loved to lay in bed and enjoy the sounds and smells of the ocean early in the morning or late at night, or slipped out to the patio without the kids knowing. Also, completely outside of Karen’s control, the … nightlife on the beach was loud and rowdy and completely distracting, lasting well past the 11pm noise ordinance the beach has, until 1-2 o’clock in the morning. If you’re looking for a peaceful place in the evening, this isn’t it. Probably bc of the public beach access there.
