Amazing place to stay! We had such a wonderful time. Well equipped and very good communication with the host! Everything we needed close by :) Would love to stay again!

A comfortable stay with friends (2couples). The overall property was clean and comfortable although the oven had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and there was a dirty cup in the cupboard and a used glass upstairs. The decor was OK but could do with some attention. It felt quite dated particularly upstairs, there were quite a few grab rails about which may be useful for some older guests. There was a lovely log burner, we took our own logs and the kitchen was nice. My main criticism is the property is described as having 2 bathrooms which was required for our stay. Unfortunately what wasn't made clear is the 'bathroom' downstairs was actually through the snug, lounge/kitchen, outside into a porch type area. The 'bathroom' was in fact a tiny shower room with a toilet but no sink to wash your hands, it was cold as it was in a porch type area but there was a fan heater secured to the wall but it is not a bathroom, had I have known that I would not have booked this cottage.

Nice location, lovely village close to Filey etc. Had everything we needed and more. Really enjoyable stay.

My 2 dogs and I had the most lovely time at Amanda's bijoux home . It was super comfy , very clean and with lovely decor . My dogs and I had a stunning walk on the near by Filey beach and went home very chilled and happy . There is a coop very close and lovely pubs too . Amanda was very kind to let my dogs stay and was very responsive to any questions. A stunning property all round
