Great location, everything you need close by. Luan has been great all along and extremely responsive No need to book a tour for turtles… They are all there! Saw a ton of them. Wonderful! We had an amazing time in Maui with our 2 young adults Thanks for hosting us Luc & Caroline

Liam’s place (Makani Sands) is a wonderful vacation rental. We had a great 8 day stay in the place. It has a beautiful unobstructed 180 degree view of the ocean and mountains from the lanai. We saw whales and turtles from our lanai. The property is very well maintained. Location: it’s a perfect location with close by grocery, gas and restaurants. Also, there is a local beach within 5 min walking. Overall this has been one of our favorite airbnb. Luan was very responsive and helpful. Everything about the place was wonderful.

We had the pleasure of staying at Luan's place in kids spring break. This is one of our best vacation so far in terms of the accommodation, amenities and view. The balcony sits right across the ocean, you can relax to see sunset, rainbows, whales turtles and people doing snorkeling and enjoying right from your balcony. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything that it surprised us many times and were feeling lucky to have found this place to spend time with our family. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Luan !

Luan was a great host! The view was absolutely gorgeous and the whales were non-stop while we were there. I remembered him suggesting in a review to open the windows for the tradewinds to cool the place and he is right! Way better than the ac. The main bedroom had amazing airflow and the sound of the ocean was perfect. The beds were comfortable, easy parking and we walked to many of the local restaurants. Great stay!
