Leslies place was excellent. Communication with her for questions related to the airbnb, restaurants and beaches was easy and she was quick to respond. We were not satisfied with our airbnb in Rincon PR and we cancelled the last night and immediately reached out to Leslie to see if we can come a day sooner ( we were able to and it was a great choice we made). Even with the quick turn around she was able to get the apartment ready for us. The location is up hill in rio grande and the view from the balcony is truly a 10/10. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing with lots of water pressure and warm water . The only negative about this apartment (which is out of Leslie’s control) is the parking space. We had a Jeep wrangler and had to squeeze between two cars majority of the time as you’re designated to the one parking spot. If you do not have a Jeep wrangler you will be fine to park in the spot (again not In Leslie’s control just a heads up). Overall amazing stay, Leslie was great

This is a great little spot! The location ended up being perfect - close to so many good spots for food (kioskos), El Yunque, Fajardo, Luquillo - all in close driving distance. The view is just like the photos. We had some interesting parking situations - you must park in the assigned spot which always left a super small spot to park and my husband climbing strategically out of the car. Leslie was a wonderful host!

It was close enough to things but up the hill a bit away from all the noise. It was great. Bed was super comfortable, beautiful view, felt very safe. We loved the double gates to get into the complex… just gave us extra security. Cute, modern decor! She answered all my random questions really quickly and let us check in early. Cute little place for good price.
