As a family with a toddler we enjoyed the privacy and calmness of the place in a great neighborhood. We had all the necessary amenities and supplies. Eva and Shoop were caring and responsive hosts throughout the whole time and we definitely recommend them.

We stayed at Eva and Shoop's place for a few months. Overall we are delighted with our choice of accommodation in Toronto. The biggest plus was the hosts, which were responsive, always ready to help (even with a last-moment print), nice, and at the same time, not intrusive. The location is very good - you have coffee shops, a gym, grocery, subway, busses, parks, and many more within walking distance. Minuses we could list are that the building is not the newest, so you can hear some noise from the neighboring unit. It was not an issue for us, but if you are sensitive to noises this might be a problem for you. Another downside of this property is that some part is in basement so not that much sunlight is there, but since there are only bedrooms and a toilet in basement that was also not a big problem for us. But these downsides are reflected in the price. Overall we highly recommend the place - don't forget to enjoy the grill in your private backyard

This Airbnb extreme well stocked! I highlight the fact that it was stocked well, because that is one thing that is in total control of the host. Every basic necessity you would need for your stay is there- from Q tips to lunch bags to fully stocked kitchen needs, were all there. Shower amenities are also plentiful and present, as are linens and towels etc. Washer/ dryer and vacuum worked well! The unit is exactly like the photos except for one point- there is a lovely walk in shower and when we booked the unit there was a photo of a bathtub. ( no big deal for us, just an fyi) The location was great- we knew that going in- so no surprises there! High park is lovely. Check in was a breeze and we came and went all month without any hassles. The hosts were there but not there ( the best kind of Airbnb host if you ask me!) and were responsive- but there were no issues. The one request I did have (A warmer heat setting was seen too immediately!) Great stay! Thank you!!

This is the third time we have stayed at Eva & Shop’s and it is always a great experience. The apartment is fully equipped for long stays and the back patio and garden provide plenty of space to enjoy the great Toronto weather. The location is great and the apartment allows for an easy walk to both the junction and Bloor West Village. Eva & Shoop are great hosts and we highly recommend their place.
