Loved staying at Regina’s place. Everything was easy and clear, she was proactive and communicative. Lovely area. Looking forward to the next visit!

We stayed at Regina’s place for a long weekend to visit our daughter. The location was super convenient for us - blocks from our daughter’s apartment, close to the train, grocery store, restaurants, etc. The unit is in an older building but is in decent condition. As others have mentioned the upstairs neighbors were very loud. The first night I was in the unit alone and I wasn’t super comfortable with the security of the building - the building door wasn’t closed all the way when I arrived and at a couple of other times, the chain on the unit door didn’t work, and it’s a street facing garden unit. Something that solo travelers should be aware of… it served us well otherwise!

Honestly the host was very nice and responsive and tried to make the stay enjoyable. However I had a few issues with this Airbnb. 1: parking was insanely inconvenient and ridiculous. I had to loop around the air bnb for 20-45 minutes every night just waiting for street parking to open up. Not ideal place if renting a vehicle for your trip. 2: the person above the Airbnb was extremely rude and noisy! The stomping/running/banging/vaccuming/screaming would start as early as 6am and sometimes would hear it as late as 1am making it hard to sleep, read, think, etc 3: the Airbnb wasn’t super clean. There was quite a bit of dust and particles on the floor. 4: on top of the cleaning fee, the kitchen lists house rules, asking to take out the trash and clean the kitchen? I didn’t really understand that.

Great studio apartment. Regina was responsive when the power and internet was out. A trip to the fuse box did the trick with directions from Regina. Space heater made the space toasty!

Place was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. However it is not insulated from outside noise or noise from upstairs units. Pipes were constantly making noise throughout the night and it was loud when the upstairs neighbors were moving around. There was lots of noise coming from them. Not the end of the world, but we were expected to wash our dishes and take out trash to the dumpster at the end of the stay. There were other rules that should be included in photos.
