Deens place was absolutely amazing! The house is beautiful, very comfortable & huge! Great open concept & beautiful water views. The beds are extremely comfortable & the sheets, blankets & pillows are so comfy cozy! My family of 9 rented the house because we went to my nieces wedding in Fort Lauderdale. We had plenty of room, in fact we didn’t even use 1 of the bedrooms. The pool was heated & they didn’t charge extra for that (a lot of rentals do!). Hot tub was so wonderful at night, under the stars! Deen & his team responded to all my messages very quickly. We will definitely rent there again in the future!

Our stay at this home with four families for Spring Break was fantastic! Pool and hot tub were very clean and warm! Home was very clean and lots of room for four adult couples plus a nice area for the kids to stay together that was separated from the adults. We had one issue with the septic acting up, but owner had a maintenance man that was extremely helpful and kind there within an hour and a plumber to fix the issue very quickly! Would highly recommend this home to any group looking for a beautiful place to stay and lots to do in the area!

Deen's place here is really nice and well kept. I brought 11 people to the Airbnb to sleep for 3 nights, and we were all very comfortable and happy. All 11 of us. The pool in the backyard is heated to I'd say 95 degrees? That's a guess, but that's how it felt. There is also a nice hot tub to relax in. The outdoor space is really nice to hang out. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. Also worth noting. My dad was able to drive his 42' Boat to the location and park it safely in the backyard. My family did something similar to this where we stayed in a large Airbnb for 3-4 nights a few months back. We all agreed that this house was much better than the one we were in before. Deen himself is a little hard to communicate with. There was a lot of confusion about the boat situation, and it was hard to get a direct answer from them. If you notice though, Deen's company basically owns all of the large Airbnb's in the area. This Airbnb was really nice overall though.
