House was amazing. Clean and well kept. Couldn’t have asked for a better layout to the house with 2 toddlers. Pool was great. Loved every minute. If we come back to the area we will definitely see if this house is available again.

House was a great size to bring family together for a wedding in St. Pete. Good location and overall pleasant stay !

The home was beautiful and very spacious. The location was a perfect distance between downtown St. Pete and St. Pete beach. The downside was the lack of cleanliness and broken doors. The door leading to the pool did not lock so we had to use a piece of wood to close it. The door to the master bathroom was jammed. The bottom floor did not have hot water. The dishwasher smelled bad every time we ran it. Faucets in the bathrooms needed a deep clean. They were full of yellow gunk. Many bulbs were missing, so a lot of rooms were very dim. The floors had not been swept, so the floor was very dirty. The sheets did not seem to have been washed. It was a great home, but it needs a thorough cleaning.

This property was a good stay! They were very responsive to any questions that I had! The property was in a great location and was near restaurants and grocery stores. We were a family of 10 and this house had plenty of space. They provided some great smelling laundry detergent and frabic softener. I absolutely loved the kitchen and the table and chairs. We were able to sit and eat as a family! Note......Please make sure you bring your own wash cloths as for this property does not have enough for each person. Also, the pool was a little cold but we made due. These are just a few things to note, but the home is beautiful and has a open floor plan! My family enjoyed our stay!
