Really close to the beach! Street parking only but lots of free parking around. The rental was amazing and fit my group perfectly!

This was a get what you pay for type of unit. We were only there for the weekend and just needed a place to sleep. Decent location to all the fun. Definitely older with window a/c units. I'd be nervous about comfort in the summer. My main complaint is that Evolve doesn't respond to messages. I messaged Evolve immediately after checking in because the smoke detector was chirping from a dead battery. I have yet to get a response from them. Luckily the next morning I found the property manager's phone number on the fridge. Super sweet lady and she brought up some batteries right then.

Don’t let the exterior fool you, it might look a little rough around the edges but it is a FABULOUS home! You’re close to everything and can walk anywhere you need or want to go - close to all the good places to eat and things to see. This is a great little place to stay! Couldn’t have asked for more in a modest sized vacation rental. Extremely clean, neat and well stocked with all the essentials you need so if you forget an item, trust that there will be a backup for you. Very concise check-in instructions, all your information is sent to you in a clear, easy to understand format. Should we visit Galveston again, this spot will be my first choice!

Our stay was great! We had a few older kids with us and an infant and there were beds for everyone. We were pleasantly surprised when we found a high chair in the closet as we had forgotten ours. With lots of kids and a beach the option to wash clothes was definitely a plus for our family. Street parking was easy to find, but we came in the off season so it will be interesting to see if it’s as easy when we visit again in the summer. Downsides: -no cameras monitoring the exterior parking areas -apartment was a little chilly. We like to keep the temp around 75 so this may not be an issue for others, and honestly it was easily looked over by us as there were plenty of blankets around the house. Overall great stay and we look forward to coming back and renting the golf cart in the summer as well.
