This was such a beautiful Airbnb. Location was amazing and very walkable. The Airbnb itself is gorgeous. Unfortunately it’s poorly managed. I was asked multiple times to provide my credit card information, drivers license, passport, etc. which is extremely annoying and unprofessional. We were told one day before check in that the balcony would not be able to be used…well having a view by the water and city, we planned on using the balcony everyday. We were not compensated for this. They reached out the next day saying it was going to be fixed and we get home and nothing was fixed. Additionally the lack of communication from the management team was awful. After sending them 3+ messages over a span of 4+ hours, we never got a response from them until after we checked in and mentioned this. There is the smell of cigarette smoke in the entryway and first bedroom immediately when you walk in which wasn’t pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this Airbnb if you are looking for stress free.

Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. Stunning interiors. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Central location is very convenient. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
