I had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It’s so close to town but feels like you’re a world away! Very cozy and a great location to explore local trails from. Excited for my next visit already!

I came into airbnb with hopes to find a cabin in the woods outside of Toronto, and that is exactly what this beautiful home offered. The cabin is surrounded by nature with lots of hiking and waterfalls to explore. Wish I could have started longer but had to head back to the states. Everything you need to be comfortable in this little get away is already in the cabin.

If you want a private, peaceful retreat from the rat race, while still being within reach and choices of the hustle and bustle, Clappisons Cabin is THE find. It is a jewel! I stayed for a week immersed in the surroundings, the quiet and ventured out a few times to see more, grab some groceries and check out local cafes. Lots to do and to come back to the peace of a cabin in the woods…. with a classic tin roof and history… in a world gone mad… talk about hitting the reset button 🧘🏻‍♂️ As you can tell I can’t say enough about my stay and would encourage you to see for yourself. Curtis and Julia, thank you for hosting your piece of the dream!
