普雷斯科特 · 整套出租单元 · 1室1床1.0卫 · 可住2人 · The Tree House Room at the Mansion by the Square
The Gage/Murphy Mansion is a crown jewel from the early days of Prescott and located just 2 blocks away from Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row. Originally constructed in 1895 as the family home of business tycoon E.B. Gage, and later railroad tycoon Frank M. Murphy, this restored monument of local history has been just steps away from the heart of Prescott for over 125 years. The entire home is 7274 sq ft with a total of 10 units spread out amongst 3 floors and a basement, each unique to one another in size, layout, and design – come back and stay at them all for a different experience each time! You will not find another gem like this in all of Prescott. Unit 7 - “The Tree House Room” is on the 3rd level (top floor) and is approx. 350 sq ft with 1 bed/1 bath. This space has 1 mid-size bedroom with a queen-size bed, small dining table, 39” TV, a bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a full kitchen for your use and enjoyment. The space is up high and closest to the canopy of the very old pine tree in the back giving you the feel of being up high in a tree house.
This was our 4th stay at the Mansion and we can't wait for our 5th! Eric, Melanie and Kylie all possess pride of ownership and great customer service. Upon check-in, we had a cleaning issue that was - unfortunate. We quickly communicated the issue of concern to the host and they moved even faster to address our needs. I don't even think a hotel could have reacted so quickly. Thank you, Kylie :-) Once everything was addressed, our hosts reached out and provided us a complete cleaning fee refund! Moral of the story: "it" happens. But if you Lead with Love, you'll be surprised how much more life will shine on you. Eric, Melanie, Kylie - See you again soon, Eric&Brandie:-)
LOVED IT!!! Great price, great location, great process!!! Super cute spot will stay again!!
Nice cozy place.lots of history in the building.eric and melanie are very nice host.this is our second stay.will return again.
This is a very nice attic apartment in a great location downtown. The apartment has everything you could need and is cozy and very clean. If you are used to attic apartments, you will have no issues here with the sloped ceilings, etc.! I loved it and never felt cramped. The hosts were able to accommodate a VERY early check-in which was an extremely nice gesture, and they were very communicative. One thing to note is that you cannot control the radiator in the bedroom. There is an air conditioner and a fan but if you need it to be cool for sleeping, you may have to use those to overcome the radiator.
Excellent location! just 2 short blocks from the famed Whiskey Row!
You can park anywhere there are signs marked "Reserved Parking for Mansion Guests Only." You'll find three parking spots at the front of the building to the right. To the right of those three parking spots, there is a driveway with additional reserved parking. If all of those post are taken, you can park in the street in front of the building, there are no traffic restrictions.
The building itself has two main entrances. One is through the front door of the home which can be accessed from the front porch on the north side of the house that faces Gurley St. The other is located through the Mansion’s side door on the West side of the building, which you can see from S Alarcon St. The side door is closer to the parking, but the main entrance is a bit more “grand” – feel free to use either.
Unit 7’s entrance is best accessed through the Mansion’s side door on the West side of the building. Enter the building through there, walk up the stairs to the 2nd level, then around the corner to the right and up the 2nd flight of stairs to the 3rd level, and the door to “The Tree House Room” will be to the right.
THE CODE TO ALL EXTERIOR DOORS IS 1895.
