亮点：1、有电饭锅可以煮饭；2、有专门服务员可以及时解决住宿期间出现的问题，例如及时补充桶装饮用水；3、距paopao beach很近，方便开展浮潜活动；4、楼上平台可以观日落，风景优美；5、住处安静并安全

Chris非常好，给我们推荐了好吃的餐厅和游玩指南，当我们遇到问题及时热心的解决。在我们入住前把房子打扫得很干净。但遗憾的是，一个房间的床上总会有很多蚂蚁，朋友3天都睡在了沙发:( 因为是丛林，这些无法避免。

Beautiful stay in Saipan. The location was convenient, peaceful, clean, well kept, & in a good neighborhood. Nestor, grounds keeper, was very friendly & helpful. He is well accommodated to the area and very responsive to requests & guidance. House was clean, and well described in posting. Chris was responsive, & very kind. Made my month long trip very worth the journey. Only complaint was I that I had to go back home.

Chris is an absolutely amazing and accommodating host. He has great local recommendations and goes above and beyond all expectations. The house is beautiful and in a very peaceful area. You immediately feel at home. It is spacious, clean, bright, and has great views. This place is most definitely a gem!
