I like the place. exactly like on the pictures. The double bed on the ground floor has a mattress not confortable. need to be change. the toilet wasn't clean properly and the shower as well. they were missing bin bag in the toilet . But the overall, it's a good place, quite, and nice. I will give 8 out of 10.

Pictures from the post were misleading as rooms looked a lot smaller in real life. The host did not communicate with us at all - we were struggling to enter the property and the neighbour had to help us out. Had we have been given the clear instructions, we would’ve been able to access the property easily. The description of the driveway was misleading as 3 cars did not fit as described. The main bathroom door was jammed and we were not able to use it as it kept getting stuck. However, the landlord was contacted and did send someone to come out the next day to look at it. The host was very unresponsive. If i was the landlord, id get rid of Cottages dot com, as the joining instructions format on the messages was an absolute shambles, so they clearly do not do their due diligence and check it was clear to read. The communication from them was rubbish. Although the property was very clean and we did have a pleasant stay. I would recommend this property and visit again.

Good quiet area out of the way of the downtown Huddersfield. Ample space for a large group, and feels like it is used as a party house more often than not. I appreciated the effortless communication with Valoria.

Valoria’s home was the perfect location for our base whilst attending a family wedding in Grange Moor. The road was peaceful, and all bedrooms were spacious - plenty of space for all of us! Valoria was responsive with responding to messages, and proactive with calling with information so we weren’t waiting around for it. Extra towels were provided promptly! Great spot.

Thanks so much for having us, exactly what our group needed having come to Huddersfield for a busy work week. A peaceful, tidy and spacious house with a lovely garden and a place to cook.
