Holly’s place was perfect for our needs. We were there for a 2 day event at the Fairgrounds, so we were just looking for a place to sleep at night, and this was right down the street. Although it is located in a more commercial area, it still felt safe and quiet. We asked in advance for the pull out bed, and Holly made sure it was set up for us. We really didn’t use the kitchen, so we can’t say much about what was available, other than there was a coffee maker. Great Mexican restaurant right next door and a bar/tavern. We were right next to the train tracks, but only heard a train come through one early evening. I can see where some of the reviews talk about the entrance being confusing - it looks like Holly added more descriptions and even pictures so we could find where we were going, and it still took us a little while to figure it out. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Holly's place was clean, linens were spotless. She had a giant washer and dryer. The apartment was big. The carpet and couch need to be replaced. The location was ideal because it was 10 minutes to my son. We rent Airbnbs because I am gluten and egg free. The apartment had 1 small pan and 1 small pot(I have pictures)...not even big enough to cook pasta. There were no mixing bowls or cooking utensils of any type. It was literally, impossible to cook. I sent a message to Holly straight away, but she never replioed until our last afternoon there. Disappointed...

Nice apartment, but the building isn't ideal or appealing. It's an apartment above offices in an industrial lot.

Holly was easy to get in touch with and very responsive! The apartment was very clean and updated. It was close to the Burlington airport, but a little difficult to find at night (photos helped). Good location for roads and highways around the state! Not too many restaurants and eating places in Essex Junction. The place was a little meagerly appointed - 2 pans, very few cooking utensils, 3 towels for the week and a tiny coffee pot, but quite adequate for my husband and myself. It was with a number of other apartments, so there were quite a few rules to help things stay quiet. Parking was plentiful. We felt it was a little expensive for what it offered, but we were there at the height of fall and the colors, so we were happy to have it. After a few days, it felt like home!
