Peaceful just what I needed after 3mos of funeral activities. Very simple clean setup. Some amenities are still being setup e.g. washer dryer (great for longer stays). Sawand was an awesome responsive proactive host - temps dropped below freezing and he brought over a radiant heater to supplement the minisplit system (Thank you it was cold lol). Mind yourself on driveway & access to front door (work in progress). Quiet neighborhood home tucked away.

It’s a very small bungalow which has been newly refurbished. Access can be difficult after dark. The secondary sleeping space is a mattress which is stored stuffed inside a large beanbag to be pulled out onto the floor in the living room, then must be made up for sleeping. If you have mobility issues, be aware that there is an unpaved incline for access; and inside, there is a step up to the kitchen and a step down for bathroom. Please note internet is not one of the amenities.
