Asa was great! Stayed up late for us to check in and was very helpful in providing clear and concise directions. Wish we could have stayed longer, but a great stay nonetheless!

Asa’s place was the perfect place to stay while I was in town for a race. He was friendly and very responsive, and the room provided everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was sunny (as advertised!), but got plenty dark at night thanks to good curtains. Everything felt clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom space was also very clean. I could hear a bit of road noise from in the room, but that’s to be expected in town. It didn’t bother me and I slept well. I would highly recommend Asa’s stay! For the price, you’re not going to find anything that compares!

My stay at Asa's place was great! The room was clean, as advertised, and a good value for the price. The house is in a good location with some nice commercial businesses within walking distance. Asa was a great communicator too. The check-in instructions were clear, and he even helped me out with a late check-in. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm looking for a quick place to stay in Spokane.
