We thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent staying at Julia's house in Sidmouth. Julia was extremely helpful and responsive both before and during our stay with any questions or requests we had. The house is excellent and exactly as described - very clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. It is conveniently located with local supermarkets close by and an easy walk into Sidmouth town centre and the seafront. Overall a lovely house and an excellent base from which to explore the nearby coastal towns and countryside along the Devon/Dorset border.

We had a great stay, the bungalow was well situated for either walking into Sidmouth in around 15-20 minutes or getting the bus in. Very nicely furnished with ample parking and a really quiet spot. Julia was really helpful with instructions before we arrived.

The house was very clean and spacious, the area is peaceful and you don't feel overlooked by the neighbors. Julia was very responsive to any questions and always happy to help.

Julia was a very responsive, friendly host. The bungalow was easy to find in a quiet area which was a good base for us to explore the area. The rooms were a good size and our dog loved the garden.

I can’t thank Julia enough. She was so helpful and accommodating. A lovely place to say over the Christmas period, she even put up a Christmas tree for us. Highly recommend and will defo come again.
