The rooms are large and spacious and decorated and furnished to a high standard. I keep the place clean and tidy. The only other people in the house are me and my 12-year old son, who stays here half the week. Although I generally work from home and am around if needed, my workspace is on the top floor. It's a large Victorian house, recently refurbished to a very good standard. The guest rooms and the shared kitchen are all on the ground floor. As you walk in, the guest living room is the first room on the right of the hallway. It gets lots of light from the large bay windows. It's equipped with a desk and chair for any home working requirements. Next to that is a fully furnished guest bedroom, with blackout curtained patio doors that open up to the kitchen. The guest bedroom has a new ensuite wet room with a sink, shower, and a toilet with a built-in bidet shower. The kitchen is bright and spacious and fully equipped with all the standard cooking appliances, utensils and crockery. with a dedicated guest fridge and food storage spaces. Guests also have access to a spacious garden/patio area.
