Amazing place! Really nice and modern. Pretty easy to get to highways. Parking on street can be a little tricky but there was always an open spot near the address.

I enjoyed my stay at Pedro’s place. The place is as pictured and design details were lovely. I especially appreciated the outdoor space as well as the extremely comfortable bed.

What can I say that the other reviewers haven't - this place is great! I've been coming in and out of LA a lot this year and this longer stay presented the opportunity to finally ditch the hotels I've been using and stay at an Airbnb. The pricing on Pedro's guest house was less than the nice hotels in the area, and it gave me a full kitchen, free parking and more. Everything was as described and the home was immaculately clean. The in unit washer and dryer was fantastic as I wanted to bring a carry on only and do a load of laundry while in town. Responses and communication were extremely fast which I always appreciate! I'm sure I'll be back.

This place looks exactly like the pictures but, even cooler in person. Pedro and Michell were both very friendly, very helpful. I would stay here again in a hearbeat.
